Oils for texturing synthetic
yarn such as viscose, acetate
rayons, nylons and polytesters.
The oil of different viscosities
ranging from 70 to 160 SUS at
37oC will be made availabe as
per customer's requirements.
The low frictional properties
of the oil reduce break level,
while the novel surfactant systems
permit higher oil pick-up even
at lower roll speeds compared
to conventional oils.
Advantages : It has antistatic
activity and excellent pick-up
quality as high as 3 to 5% on
wt. of yarn. It gives a considerable
reduction in chemical SPLASHING
in high speed machines. Thus
reduces chemical wastage and
chemical cost. It is highly
effective in improving antistatic
properties with concommittant
reducing friction. It has very
good colour stability. When
cones of yarn are stored for
a long period of time the original
colour maintained. |
